General Labour - Entry Level Lawn Care Technician - Gatineau, QC

Weed Man is currently hiring full time General Labour - Lawn Care Technicians and NO EXPERIENCE is necessary. We will provide you with an extensive and ongoing training program. (guaranteed $18/h + bonus = average earning of $20-25/h)

Responsibilities:

• Applications of products such as fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved. (April to October).

• Outdoor Lead Generation for prospective customers (November to March).

• Provide lawn analysis quotes to potential customers within your territory.

• Bonuses for meeting required weekly sales goals.

• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.

• Maintain expected production schedules.

• Completion of reporting and paperwork with accuracy.

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.

• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Time management and task oriented

• Must have a G or G2 License in good standing.
